With more than twenty years' experience in tax and fiduciary advisory, Chris has built a reputation as a trusted connector, the person accountants, advisers, and business owners across the UK turn to for strategic advice, introductions, and opportunities.

That network and insight became the foundation of Malar Stripe. In recent years, Chris repeatedly encountered the same challenge: businesses recognised the importance of AI but lacked a trusted, practical, and financially viable route to developing meaningful capability within their organisations.

Determined to bridge that gap, he co-founded Malar Stripe to help businesses and their advisers access government-funded, accredited AI training programmes that deliver measurable outcomes and lasting organisational change. By combining expertise in funding, compliance, and business transformation, Chris brings a disciplined, results-focused approach to AI adoption, helping organisations build the skills, confidence, and systems needed to thrive in an increasingly AI-driven economy.

Océane Clergeaud

Océane Clergeaud brings a unique blend of international business, luxury brand experience, and creative thinking to Malar Stripe. Educated in both France and the UK, she holds a Bachelor in Fashion Business from Mod'Art International in Paris, a BA (Hons) in International Fashion Business, and a Master's degree in Fashion Marketing & Communication from Nottingham Trent University.

Following her studies, Océane built her career within the luxury fashion sector, working with some of the world's most prestigious brands, including Ferragamo and Dior. In these highly competitive environments, she developed a deep understanding of brand positioning, customer experience, marketing strategy, and the importance of innovation in maintaining a competitive edge.

After many successful years in luxury fashion, Océane chose to step away from the industry to explore new opportunities and emerging technologies. This led to a growing interest in artificial intelligence and its potential to transform the way organisations operate, communicate, and create value.

Today, Océane combines her commercial awareness, creative mindset, and passion for innovation to help businesses understand and embrace AI. She is particularly interested in the intersection of technology, human behaviour, and business performance, and believes that successful AI adoption depends not only on the technology itself, but on how effectively people and organisations integrate it into their everyday work. Her international perspective, luxury brand experience, and enthusiasm for the future of AI bring a distinctive and valuable dimension to the Malar Stripe team.
